Seeking candidates with a minimum one year field machining experience on heavy equipment and components with portable machines; Experience in salvage related field machining/welding, and experience operating manual and portable machines, a plus; High school diploma or GED, required; MSHA certification for mining sites; Machining and welding certifications, preferred; Certificate of technical training and/or knowledge in machining and welding a plus; Requirements for the Field Machinist/Welder position include: The Field Machinist-Welder is responsible for welding and machining parts on frames, work tools, attachments, bores, undercarriage, engines, hydraulic systems, related power train systems, structural repairs and custom fabrication on customer job sites/locations, or in the shop.
