Job DescriptionSentara is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and develop an Emergency Medicine residency in Woodbridge, VA. This will include the 2023 Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) application process for a 2026 program start. Provide leadership and direction to ensure compliance with institutional and program-specific requirements as defined by the ACGME, Clinical Learning Environment Review (CLER) Evaluation Committee, and National Residency Matching Program (NRMP).

• The Deputy Director will actively contribute to major programmatic decisions, support strategic planning activities, manage research initiatives and projects on AI labor impacts, and help oversee research efforts on a broad range of other AI policy topics, including by authoring or co-authoring research reports, supervising research staff, engaging with media and policymakers, editing draft reports and articles, coordinating research activities, and delivering briefings and presentations to key stakeholders.
