In addition to strong knowledge in Data Centers, hardware and network repair, candidates will create documentation, innovate solutions, participate in site-level project work, and fix complex problems within the Data Center Space. We are currently expanding our infrastructure management team and are looking for technology managers with experience in people management, strong technical understanding and the drive and vision to take AWS Data Center Operations to the next level.

This role will focus on identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and ensuring seamless customer interactions across all touchpoints. • Leverage NPS results, Medallia survey data and KPI results to provide actionable insights and drive process improvements.

Assists GM and/or AGM with the DCs financial, operational, people, and process and service related objectives to drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains to reduce overall cost-to-serve, leads associates and peers to anticipate and solve problems, and plan for upcoming events, seasonal changes, etc. The DC Operations Manager may be responsible for the supervision of one or more of the following:

• Inbound Operations • Unloading and Receiving • Warehouse Operations • Pick-Pack • Break-Pack • Outbound Operations • Loading • Transportation Operations • Yard • Carrier Relations • and/or Office Operations.

p>In this role, you will be key to the success of the data center, proactively monitoring performance, anticipating potential issues, and collaborating closely with the area lead, site manager, peer Operations Managers (OMs), and partnering teams like Data Center Operations (DCOps), Security, and Logistics to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure, network, compute architecture, life-cycle, and Linux/Unix system administration.

The Director of Sales/Center Manager is directly responsible for achieving sales goals through exceptional guest service, marketing the center, sales growth, cost control, and P&L accountability.
