This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing ambulatory surgery center, influence clinical and business outcomes, and work closely with physicians and leadership to deliver exceptional outpatient surgical care. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring direct ASC management experience and close collaboration with physicians, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary staff in a fast-paced surgical environment.
The FCM will be responsible for building, developing, and leading a team that is focused on providing clients with an exceptional client experience and deepening relationships through service and client service follow up. - Open deposit accounts, accept and key loan applications, close loans, and assist, coach, and lead the branch team's execution of growing accounts; loans and deposits, both consumer and business.
