Position Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective management of venue concessions and catering operations, including inventory controls, product ordering, training new employees, cash controls, compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service, employee/volunteer training and supervision, warehouse oversight, troubleshooting, closing duties, event planning support, food preparation and production, and any other tasks assigned by the GM/AGM.
