Provide end-to-end leadership and serve as the single point of accountability for the OBOT pharmacy, medication administration, and dispensing/delivery models (buy-and-bill, alternative medications, and oral medication dispensing programs), bridging internal teams and external partners to ensure adoption, performance, and long-term sustainability. Partner with the Chief Compliance Officer and the Vice President of DEA & Pharmacy Compliance to ensure enterprise-wide alignment with federal, state, and local laws and regulations (including state departments of health, DEA, state boards of pharmacy, manufacturer agreements, and payer contracts) governing the purchasing, storing, prescribing, dispensing, delivery, and distribution of controlled substance medications.
