Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED or EquivalentBachelor's degree preferred; or a minimum two (2) years' case management experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, preferably those living with mental illness and/or substance addictions, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceValid CA Driver's license, reliable car, auto insurance, and an acceptable driving recordAble to transport clients in your vehicleAble to pass a background check for jail clearanceDemonstrated knowledge of case managementAble to work in a high tolerance Harm Reduction model with clients who have multiple barriersSkill in non-violent crisis interventionComputer literate; able to effectively use computerized database for client file management, with basic skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel programsDetail oriented with strong time management, organizational, written, verbal, interpersonal, and computer skillsAble to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
