Responsibilities Guest Support Respond to guest inquiries before and during their stay Resolve guest issues (Wi-Fi problems, maintenance issues, etc.) Handle booking questions, and adjust reservations as needed Scheduling & Coordination Coordinate maintenance or repairs at properties Ensure properties are ready for upcoming guests Property Inspections Check that homes are clean and properly set up Report damages or missing items May require minor housekeeping work to be done Owner Communication Update property owners about bookings, issues, or maintenance Help coordinate improvements or repairs with owners Maintain Communication Listing & Booking Management Manage listings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or the company's website Monitor reservations and occupancy Administrative Tasks Track operational reports (cleaning schedules, maintenance logs) Process guest feedback or reviews Help improve operational processes Required Qualifications Rising Junior, Senior, or recent Graduate of a 4 year university Communication skills High school diploma Problem solving Microsoft 365 GPA: 3.3 or above 1+ year of work experience or previous summer internship Compensation & Benefits Hourly Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 Schedule Must be willing to work weekends in season.
