The role partners with enterprise, business, and functional leadership to enable growth, accelerate digital transformation, manage legal and regulatory risk, including through establishing and evolving appropriate technology governance mechanisms to address the adoption of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, and ensure scalable, consistent legal support for customer, supplier, technology, real estate, and data-driven initiatives. Provide legal leadership for digital transformation initiatives, technology-enabled offerings, software, platforms, artificial intelligence processes/governance frameworks and risk assessments, data products, automation, cloud services, cybersecurity-related contractual requirements, and emerging technology use cases.
