Ability to read, write and understand the English language in order to provide assistance with ADLs in accordance with each assigned resident's personalized care plan, observe and provide medication assistance to resident, react and communicate during emergencies, and communicate with other employees, supervisors, residents and guests. The Certified Medication Aide assists with activities of daily living, like dressing, eating, grooming, communicating, toileting, personal hygiene and mobility needs, as well as preparing and administering medications according to health care provider instructions and within the scope of Grand Living's license.
