High acuity cases including hypertension, magnesium administration, C-sections (33% rate), preterm labor, insulin drips (rarely), vaginal deliveries, epidurals, inductions, robust antepartum, PROM, multiple births, and postpartum hemorrhage. The position involves working within a dynamic Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit with a total of 34 beds, including 15 labor rooms, 12 antepartum, 4 OB ED, and 3 operating rooms.
