In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene needs, and communicating with nurses and doctors.
p>The Certified home health aide/Certified Nursing Assistant is a paraprofessional member of the home health care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs.
