You will collaborate with healthcare providers, public agencies, schools, community organizations, funders, and local leaders to strengthen service connections, address barriers, and expand access to care. At least five years of progressively responsible experience in community partnerships, healthcare, human services, public affairs, coalition development, or cross-sector program implementation.
