Minimum 1 year of experience preparing, measuring, mixing, and adjusting paints to desired thickness, selecting correct nozzles, pressure setting, or other coating solutions to meet viscosity and specification requirements. Utilizes various coating technologies and processes including paints, epoxies, urethanes, powder coat, electrolytic, mechanical, and immersion applications to ensure compliance with engineering, manufacturing, and quality specifications.
