While we share a comprehensive hourly pay range for this position, a candidate's final hourly pay rate will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget. Establish a good rapport internally and externally with board members, customers, partners, executives, suppliers, and employees while exhibiting the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and diplomacy, developing trust, maintaining confidence, and protecting operations.
