About SFAN: Pioneers of HIV Care and Treatment Established in 1986, the South Florida AIDS Network (SFAN) at Jackson Memorial Medical Center holds the distinction of being the first organization in Miami-Dade County to provide client advocacy, case management, and essential support services to people with HIV/AIDS.
