The PPNL leads work, processes, and people to design, develop, implement, and evaluate innovative evidence-based interventions and best practices to optimize patient safety, healthcare quality, cost-effectiveness, and improved patient and staff experience. Collaboration Builds effective teams by including key stakeholders within and across units, departments, service lines, populations, sites, and organization and conducts routine intermittent stakeholder assessments as part of the project management process.
