The Chief Duties will include but are not limited to: Scheduling, Staff development, Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events, liaison with hospital leaders, serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital, participate in leadership and development activities, performance reviews, orientation and onboarding of new hires.
