Ensure regular and effective reporting of key performance indicators (KPI's) and activities; proactively identify problem areas using analytical tools and propose solutions to minimize risk Participate in operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of credit management processes; drive continuous improvement mentalities within team members Support the development and implementation of project-based initiatives of the Company that create process improvements and/or function changes to departmental processes, including Merger, Acquisition and Divestiture projects.
