In this role, the successful candidate provides spiritual care to patients, their loved ones, and as appropriate, staff and constituencies of NYU Winthrop Hospital using an inter-faith model of care and working within the patients belief and value system. Develop plan of care and provide spiritual/emotional support to patients and families, including, but not limited to: listening, providing presence, prayer, reading sacred texts, ethical guidance, and sacraments.
