Coordinates and prioritizes the schedule and communications of the Vice President of Mission and Ignatian Imagination, ensuring the most strategic and efficient use of the VP's time, and briefing/preparing the VP for meetings and events, including meetings with major donors, the Archdiocese of San Francisco, the Jesuit West Province, the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities (AJCU), the Catholic Theological Society of America (CTSA), and other external partners and stakeholders. Helps facilitate communication and cooperation with the Office of the President, the Office of the Provost, the Academic Deans, the Divisions of Advancement, Enrollment Management, and Student Life, other senior leaders in the University, and the Loyola House Jesuit Community, while ensuring that the Office provides proactive communications and timely responses to inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders in a professional, discrete manner.
