As a Behavioral Health RN at TrustPoint, your day-to-day will consist of: interacting with patients and their families, treatment planning, completing shift reports, rounding/monitoring in the milieu, medication administration, checking in with BHAs, following up on incidents, completing nursing assessments and ensuring regulatory compliance, etc. TrustPoint is a state-of-the-art hospital that provides rehabilitation services, medical psychiatry, and inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for adolescents, adults, and seniors.
