Possess strong expertise in enclosure industry manufacturing processes, including Sheet Metal Fabrication, Machining, Welding, Extrusions, Surface Treatment (Powder Coating, Plating), Wiring Harnesses, PCBAs, and Electromechanical Assemblies, enabling effective supplier development, process validation, quality improvement, and new product industrialization. Serve as the Project Owner for strategic supplier development, localization, and NPI initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, risks are proactively managed, and all qualification requirements are completed to enable seamless transition into serial production.
