Reporting directly to the Director of the Miami-Dade Aviation Department, the incumbent will provide executive leadership and strategic direction for MDAD's digital transformation, innovation, spatial intelligence, Private Wireless Network (PWN), Common Data Environment (COE), Aviation Spatial Business Intelligence (ASBI), and emerging technology initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional executive leadership, strategic planning, innovation, communication, fiscal and program management, change management, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary initiatives in a large, highly regulated environment.
