After Picker/Packers complete an order, the Checker reviews the order against the pick ticket to make sure the correct products and quantities were selected before the order is packaged and shipped. Candidates do not necessarily need to speak fluent English; however, they must be able to read and understand enough English to accurately review pick tickets, product information, quantities, shipping labels, and other order documentation.
