This position is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, packaging, shipping, tracking, and reconciliation of prescription orders, including investigating shipping discrepancies, maintaining shipping and inventory data, and communicating with clients, provider practices, shipping carriers, and internal pharmacy staff regarding shipment-related matters. While pharmacy technician registration is required for the position, this role is primarily focused on specialty pharmacy logistics and fulfillment rather than direct patient interaction.
