Operates, installs, modifies, inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, replaces and overhauls large HVAC systems, HVAC subsystems and components such as large air handler units with capacities up to 138,200 CFM, hot water and steam boilers with capacities up to 4185 MBH, electric and pneumatic control systems, humidifiers, pumps, variable air volume (VAV) boxes, air conditioning units, evaporative coolers, steam valves, traps, gas/water valves and pressure regulators. Operates, installs, inspects, repairs, troubleshoots, replaces and or overhauls chillers and all chiller plant support equipment chiller plant consists of twelve chillers ranging from 1300 ton to 1000, eight cooling towers, water pumps up to 3100 GPM, electrical motors from fractional to 125 HP, pneumatic and electronic control systems, pneumatic valves, level controllers and other associated equipment used in the operation of the central chiller plants.
