Working conditions may include extreme heat, high humidity, significant noise, vibration, water, confined spaces, limited ventilation, and exposure to dust, fumes, gases, odors, oils, chemicals, moving equipment, electrical hazards, and unstable ground conditions. This position performs excavation work required for major underground projects, rehabilitates entryways, ventilation systems, roadways, and water systems, and supports the underground core drilling program.
