As a critical member of our Facilities Team, the Building Systems Engineer, Senior Associate is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of Net Zero building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building automation systems. Conducts routine building walk-throughs to assess system performance, document equipment condition, identify energy inefficiencies, and report deficiencies requiring corrective action that could impact energy use or NZE performance targets.
