Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred; supplemented by five (5) years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, debt administration, banking, public funds investment, grant draw support, or public finance, including at least two (2) years of supervisory, lead, or project management experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. The Treasury Manager oversees cash management, bank account administration, investment support, debt support, grant draw funding, OPEB activity, revenue collection support, payment controls, and treasury documentation.
