Prior experience in contracting or overseeing others who have sold corporate sponsorships, birthday parties, corporate parties, tournaments, leagues, camps, fitness programming, and other related services preferredPrior experience managing marketing programsA minimum of 7 years of management experienceOperational knowledge of risk managementSkilled at identifying and creating opportunities to deliver revenue goalsSports programming and sports event operations expertise requiredBachelor's degree in business management, sports management, marketing, hospitality, related field, or equivalent experienceTRAVEL REQUIREMENTSMinimal travel as needed to trade shows, SFM leadership conferencesWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSAbility to travel to national events and regionally by carMust be able to lift 40 pounds waist highWill be required to sit for extended periods of time operating a computerWill be required to conduct venue tours Office environment has intermittent noise, normal in nature.
