p>Qualifications: Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements: At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required 5 years teaching experience in group child care setting, must be willing to obtain CDA BA/AA in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field, or CDA with one year experience in group child care setting A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children An associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children An associate's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children. If hired, you will work in person in an early education/preschool child care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery and services per Bright Horizons' policies, procedures and guidance, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that will ensure the safety of children in Bright Horizons care and the employee.
