You will be assisting a lead teacher in a toddler classroom helping the children with their self-care needs, supporting the lead teacher's instructions to meet students’ collective and individual needs, supporting daily student activities inside and outside of the classroom, maintaining a calm, caring attitude and constant observation of the children to respectfully enforce ground rules and classroom behavior guidelines, using Positive Discipline techniques to aid in the social and emotional development of each child, and interacting with other parents and other staff in a positive manner. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.
