The Director of Operations & Compliance will work directly with the school leadership team and serves as the primary point of contact for all school-based operations, facility, finance, human resources management, including budgeting, purchasing, facility improvements, vendor management, technology, student recruitment, student data systems, regulatory compliance, as well as other operational systems, procedures, and processes that ensure the school is run in an orderly and effective manner. Paired with a focus on social justice and whole child wellness, Global Citizens equips children to become empathetic, globally competent, and socially-minded leaders who are prepared for a future we cannot yet imagine.
