The Senior Pastor will provide spiritual and organizational leadership to a multi-generational, bilingual congregation and help lead the church toward its vision for spiritual maturity, discipleship, evangelism, leadership development, and community engagement. Through prayer, teaching, encouragement, and collaborative leadership, the pastor will help foster a culture of discipleship, equip believers to serve and lead, reach others with the Gospel, and strengthen the church’s presence and ministry within the broader community.
