Key RESPONSIBILITIES: This position requires a strong understanding of public works construction methods, attention to detail, data analysis, the ability to prioritize and execute, problem solve, and have excellent documentation skills, and good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all project team members. The Project manager is the primary contact and manages projects from start to finish, including material procurement, subcontracts, submittals, scheduling, RFI's, cost tracking, budget/cost code reports, change orders, and project closeout.
