Develop and manage a continuous learning program for workers' compensation claim professionals, including technical claim handling, jurisdictional requirements, reserving, litigation management, medical management, negotiation, communication, service, and other development needs. The Workers Compensation Training Specialist will develop, deliver, and continuously improve workers' compensation training programs that build technical knowledge, support consistent claim handling, and strengthen performance.
