Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering, contribute to research, development, and innovation efforts within IMEG, prioritize safety in all aspects of engineering work, identify and mitigate potential safety risks associated with mechanical systems, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other engineers, architects, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet project goals. The active portfolio is centered on gaming, hospitality, and mixed-use MEP/FP work, with a strong renovation and operational-upgrade profile across guestroom and corridor renovations, casino floor reconfigurations, restaurant and amenity refreshes, signage and lighting packages, central plant and equipment upgrades, electrical studies, and select security, telecom, AV, and acoustic coordination on broader fit-out work.
