This position is for an experienced Program Manager who is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, administration, community engagement, grant management, financial and program performance data, and more for MedStar Health's community health programs in the Baltimore region. Manage operational workflows, including patient care services, staff coverage, scheduling, provide back-up support during peak periods and absences, and overseeing documentation workflows in the electronic health record.
