As a Vice President on the U.S. Benefits Design and Strategy team, you will blend strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution to evaluate, launch, measure, and scale U.S. healthcare initiatives and innovations aimed at improving employee health outcomes and the healthcare experience. 6+ years (or progressively responsible experience) in corporate benefits, benefits consulting, or health plan/health insurance field; experience in strategic, metric-driven roles, with a particular focus on self-insured actuarial and financial analysis.
