Masters Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 15+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. As a Multidisciplinary Manager, you will lead a cross-discipline engineering team, operating with a portfolio mindset to deliver high-impact customer outcomes while coaching talent, modeling engineering excellence, and strengthening Frontier Company Engineering's multidisciplinary operating model.
