Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service · Take orders accurately using our POS system · Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other café drinks · Package and serve bakery and café products · Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients · Assist customers with gluten-free and available dairy-free options · Maintain bakery displays and customer service areas · Restock cups, lids, packaging, beverages, and supplies · Clean counters, tables, beverage equipment, and dining areas · Follow opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures · Communicate clearly with bakery and kitchen team members · Follow all food-safety, sanitation, allergen-awareness, and gluten-free procedures . Employees may not bring gluten-containing food, snacks, meals, beverages, or ingredients into the bakery or café, including food brought for employee breaks.
