Fiber Placement, Splicing, Testing & Turn-Up: Oversee fiber placement and manage splicing/testing execution with working knowledge of reel planning, pulling/blowing, aerial placement, splice plans and matrices, closures, fiber assignments, troubleshooting, OTDR and optical testing, attenuation/loss acceptance, field redlines, and final turnover for long-haul, hyperscale, ISP, and FTTH/FTTx networks. Construction Manager Responsibilities Overall Project & Field Construction Management: Own the build plan, crew sequencing, look-ahead planning, productivity targets, constructability/readiness reviews, and field execution across underground, aerial, HDD, trenching, plowing, conduit/duct, vault/handhole, specialty crossing, and restoration activities while validating actual progress and installed quantities in the field.
