Experience with the development and evaluation of measurement systems Project management experience and a solid understanding of problem solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis and statistical analytical tools Experience in a metals manufacturing environment Experience with any of the following: Analytical tools such as SEM, EDX, Metallographic Preparation, FTIR, GC/Mass Spec General materials test suite such as tensile, bend, corrosion, fatigue, crack propagation, etc. Working knowledge of material science, metallurgy, mechanical quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations.
