The Medical Assistant Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to Medical Assistant (MA) staff while supporting high-quality patient care across primary care, specialty, clinical, and behavioral health services. In collaboration with the Nursing Manager, ensures MA staff across service areas and specialties receive orientation, mentoring, competency validation and ongoing training to provide high-quality patient care.
