Success will be measured by business outcomes: protecting innovation and intellectual property, sustaining safe and reliable manufacturing operations, preserving customer trust, enabling digital and AI transformation, strengthening resilience, and demonstrating that cybersecurity investments deliver measurable business value. The CISO will lead a global cybersecurity organization and work closely with the executive leadership team, business and functional leaders, the General Counsel, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, and the Board of Directors.
