Repairs, overhauls, or replaces engines, transmissions, fuel injection pumps, fuel injectors, carburetors, alternators, clutches, brakes, steering and suspension systems, differentials, hydraulic components, electrical, computer, fuel, and cooling systems. Works on a variety of equipment, as a Journeyman level position, such as heavy construction equipment, refuse trucks, vactors, bucket trucks, 10-wheeled dump trucks with snow plows, 80 passenger buses, street sweepers, and landfill equipment.
