Experience managing the full lifecycle of AI or generative AI tool implementations (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) from use case evaluation and vendor/tool selection through to deployment, change management, user adoption, and ongoing governance - while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, application services, data, legal, security, and compliance to deliver outcomes. Bachelor's degree in business focused studies (Administration, Analytics, Management, Finance) and/or data and technology focused studies (information technology, data science, statistics, computer science or information systems), or a related field (economics or project management).
