5+ years of operational knowledge within the last 12 years in Electromagnetic Operations/Electromagnetic Warfare (EMO/EW) at the Tactical or Joint level, either as a military officer or civilian; relevant experience may include Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO), multi-interface Tactical Data Links, Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR), Precision Navigation and Timing (PNT), and Battlespace Spectrum Management (BSM). Working across the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Interoperability (DOTMLPFI) lines of development, the candidate will support a through-life-cycle approach to capability development under the guidance of the ACT Joint Effects (JE) Capabilities Program Director/Section Head, EMO/EW Project Coordinator, and JE Integrator/Architect.
