The Director will establish scalable processes that convert customer demand and MRO WIP into executable production plans, Clear-to-Build work, on-time shipments, revenue, and improved turnaround time while maintaining compliance with FAA 14 CFR Part 145, AS9110 and applicable quality, export, customer, and contractual requirements. Own supplier recovery for long-lead, obsolete, no-market, and high-risk components; establish cross-functional recovery plans using approved alternate sources, internal transfers, repair development, customer/OEM escalation and other technically authorized solutions.
